Morgan is a Wichita State University graduate with a BBA in Business Management. She brings a diverse professional background to Syndeo, with experience in the restaurant industry, event coordination and banking. Her years in hospitality sharpened her skills in customer service, human connection and relationship building — making her a natural fit for client-focused work.

Known for her adaptability, compassion and ability to connect with just about anyone, Morgan also thrives on solving problems and embracing new challenges. She lives by Maya Angelou’s words: “At the end of the day people won't remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.”

Outside of work, Morgan is an adventurer at heart — always on the lookout for a great travel deal. She’s visited seven countries and counting, never says no to live music or a karaoke mic and enjoys game nights and thrift store treasure hunts with her friends and family.
