Megan Gilmore

Megan brings a strong background in customer service, administrative support and client communication to her role at Syndeo. With experience across healthcare, higher education and nonprofit sectors, she is known for her attention to detail, responsive communication and commitment to delivering a positive client experience. Megan excels at navigating complex documentation, resolving inquiries with empathy and clarity and supporting internal teams with precision and professionalism.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and will complete her Master’s in Human Resource Management at Wichita State University this summer.

Megan’s professional philosophy is rooted in empathy—she believes in putting people first, communicating clearly and offering thoughtful support in every interaction.

Outside of work, Megan loves to travel with her husband, most recently exploring Bogotá, Colombia.  At home, she enjoys DIY home improvement projects and life with her two (occasionally affectionate) cats.
