Mason Faucett

Mason brings a well-rounded background in human resources to his role at Syndeo, with experience spanning recruiting, employee benefits and workforce development. He began his career at a staffing agency before transitioning to worksite insurance sales. Mason then joined Workforce Alliance, where he supported both job seekers and local employers through workforce initiatives and later led the business services team. Most recently, he managed employee benefits and streamlined HR and payroll systems for a construction company with a workforce of nearly 1,000 employees.

A graduate of Dordt College in Northwest Iowa, Mason is known for his analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset and drive for efficiency in processes and systems. He takes a calm, forward-focused approach to challenges—guided by the belief that “it’ll all be okay, but keep taking steps forward.”

Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time on the golf course, going to races, and relaxing with his wife.
