Kate Rhea, SHRM-CP

Kate joined the Syndeo team in 2014 as an HR Business Partner and worked with a variety of clients as their HR partner for years. After spending 6 years on the HR team, Kate transitioned to lead Syndeo’s payroll department and later the Business Development team.

Kate is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional and a graduate from the University of Kansas. She enjoys Syndeo’s fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing tailored HR solutions to Syndeo’s clients.
