Dashannon brings over 20 years of front desk and front office management experience to her role at Syndeo. With a strong foundation in customer service, organization and office coordination, she excels in fast‑paced environments and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail and people‑first approach, Dashannon believes consistency, professionalism and a positive attitude are key to success.

Outside of work, she enjoys karaoke, cheering on the Chiefs and the Seahawks, gardening, spending time outdoors and making memories with her grandbabies and her two beloved shih tzus.
