Brian Firebaugh

Brian earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Bethel College in 2023, where he also played soccer all four years. Before joining Syndeo, he gained experience working directly with clients in both as a client contact and backroom staffing roles, giving him a well‑rounded understanding of client needs and internal processes.

He is driven by a passion for growth and a belief in approaching every challenge with enthusiasm, flexibility and determination. Brian is committed to continually learning new skills and striving for excellence in everything he does.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys lifting, running, and playing hockey, soccer and golf. He loves spending time with his family — including his seven nieces and nephews — traveling, watching Netflix and playing video games. He is active in his church, where he leads middle and high school small groups. Brian is currently learning both German and Spanish.
