Anna Lavington

Anna has a background in human resources and staffing, with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations and organizational development. She has worked with organizations across a variety of industries to help attract, retain and develop top talent while aligning HR strategies with business goals.

She values building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and community partners, and believes that an organization’s greatest strength lies in its people. Anna is also active in supporting HR and small-business communities through volunteer work.

Anna earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Business Management and Criminal Justice from Southwestern College, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management with specializations in Strategic Innovation and Change Management from Colorado State University. She also holds the SHRM-CP certification.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys reading, running and spending time with her family.
