Andrea Retz

Andrea is a Baker University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has built strong expertise in the PEO industry, specializing in payroll processing, time and attendance, client implementation, and backend operations.

Andrea is known for her adaptability, strong client relationships, and ability to support and implement new processes effectively. Guided by a collaborative and people-first approach, she is committed to fostering a positive environment and delivering strong outcomes for clients and teams alike.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking road trips, reading, and playingcard games. Andrea has a dog named Loki (named after the Marvel character Loki)and he lives up to the name.
