Rocky Krueger, SHRM-CP

Rocky joined the Syndeo team as part of the human resources department after working in residential, career services and HR roles at his alma mater, Bethany College. He has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.

Rocky brings a people-first philosophy to his HR work, shaped by a blue-collar upbringing and lessons learned working alongside his dad with his backhoe business. Those early experiences instilled the value of hard work, patience, and showing up for others. He believes strong environments are built through trust, open communication, and a willingness to listen, approaching challenges with empathy and a practical, steady mindset.

Outside of work, Rocky enjoys helping family, watching baseball, and playing guitar. Fun fact: he was previously a lead guitarist in a couple of local country bands (The Jaded Few & Kyle Killgore). He and his girlfriend have one cat and 4 chickens.
