Zephra Santhiapillai

Zephra Santhiapillai joined Syndeo as a member of its benefits department. She spent time working in the retail and hospitality sectors prior to making the move to the human resources industry.

She says HR is a complex field that allows her to solve problems and constantly learn something new. Zephra is a graduate of Wichita State University with a degree in business marketing. She is originally from Texas but has lived in Kansas most of her life.

Zephra is involved with the Wichita Rowing Association. She also enjoys being outdoors, travel, exercise and spending time with family.
