Rone Smith

Rone is an HR professional who earned his Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from Fort Hays State University. He has over 14 years of leadership experience and he excels in employee relations, training, onboarding, recruiting, payroll, and investigations. Guided by a philosophy rooted in integrity and a strong work ethic, Rone is committed to upholding the highest standards both personally and professionally.  

Beyond the workplace, he is a dedicated family man and father, actively involved in the community through coaching youth basketball. As a co-chair of the Bridge Builder Mentoring Program and an active member of the Mu Nu Nu chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, Rone finds fulfillment in giving back to the community and making a positive impact.
