Mike Metz

Mike is in charge of new business development for Syndeo and has been with the team since March 2011. He brought with him a sales background that includes work in the print/newspaper industry and collegiate sports. With Syndeo, Mike enjoys meeting with people, learning about different industries and businesses and helping find ways to overcome their human resources-related struggles.

From Wichita, Mike has a communication degree from the University of Kansas. He’s involved with Wichita Wagonmasters and was the first runner-up in the 2017 Wichita Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Man of the Year fundraising campaign.

Mike and his wife, Sarah, have two children. Outside of work, Mike enjoys cooking, golfing and watching live sports, including KU basketball and football and Wichita State University basketball. After college, he trained with a five-star chef in Denver and worked his way up to assistant chef at a restaurant there.
