Laralyn Dickerson

Laralyn joined Syndeo as a summer intern in 2022. She decided to go back to school to further her education after working in optometry for five years. Laralyn is pursuing a degree in human resource management from Wichita State University.

She says she enjoys HR because there’s always a new challenge and variety in the work.

Laralyn, a Wichita native, loves to travel and explore new places with her husband and three children. Hiking, reading and going to the movies are among her favorite pastimes. She also teaches 2- and 3-year-olds at her church.
