Kevin Steckley, PHR, SHRM-CP

Kevin, a Wichita native, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Kansas State University, with a minor in Spanish. He began his career in Dallas, specializing in Business Consulting, Marketing, and Sales training before transitioning to a business development role with a Dallas-based PEO. After twelve years of successfully managing the PEO's Wichita office, Kevin joined Syndeo Outsourcing in 2017.

Kevin holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, along with licenses in Life & Health and Property &Casualty Insurance, showcasing his dedication to professional growth. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Kevin is deeply involved in community service, and has served on various boards including Wichita SHRM, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Wichita Metro Crime Commission, Wichita Wagonmasters, Pass It On Outdoor Mentors, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and others. He was honored as one of Wichita Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2014 and participated in Leadership Wichita in 2016,demonstrating his commitment to civic leadership and making a positive impact in his community.
