Erika Tes, SHRM-CP

Erika is a Wichita, KS native and graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and management. She attended graduate school at Friends University and studied healthcare leadership with a concentration in Human Resources.

Prior to joining Syndeo, she worked in the healthcare industry. Erika enjoys working through the challenges HR brings, as well as the relationships she builds with people in various industries. Erika is married with a daughter and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending concerts.
