Connor Cross, SHRM-SCP

Connor Cross has been an integral part of the team since 2009. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Connor has played a pivotal role in shaping Syndeo's operational and client service functions.

Connor holds an MBA from Baker University with a concentration in HR. Originally from New York, Connor's professional journey began in the Air Force, where she served in the Public Affairs career field. Her time in the military instilled in her the values of dedication and integrity, traits that continue to define her approach to leadership.

Integrity and accountability are cornerstones of Connor's professional philosophy, and she actively strives to instill these principles throughout Syndeo’s culture. Connor is passionate about cultivating genuine partnerships with clients, founded on a solid foundation of trust. Connor believes that fostering strong relationships is the key to success in the business world, and she actively works towards establishing Syndeo as a trusted partner for its clients.

Beyond her role at Syndeo, Connor is deeply involved in the community, serving on the Board of Family Promise of Greater Wichita and the Kansas Humane Society.
