Bill Maness

Bill Maness has a passion for fostering the growth of entrepreneurship in Wichita. As an entrepreneur himself, Bill makes helping other entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship groups a high priority. Bill says helping entrepreneurs is a way to give back to the community.

He started Syndeo Outsourcing in July 2002 after spending three years as a district manager for another outsourcing company. The risk of starting his own business has paid off for Bill with Syndeo growing steadily over the years. He currently serves as the Chairman of the board of directors for the Employer Services Assurance Corporation, the PEO industry’s accreditation organization. In 2023, Bill was elected to serve as Secretary/Treasurer of the board of directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), the PEO industry’s national trade group.

Bill is also heavily involved with the Wichita Open, serving as an ambassador for the city’s premier golf tournament. He and his wife, Linda, have four adult children and six grandkids.
