Aries holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Wichita State University. With a rich professional background, her expertise lies in small business operations, offering a unique perspective from both HR and operational angles. Aries thrives in an all-hands-on-deck environment, adapting to diverse tasks daily. 

Key strengths include a passion for research and problem-solving, and consistently seeking optimal solutions. Guided by a goal-oriented and can-do philosophy, she believes in contributing wholeheartedly to project progression and client satisfaction. 

Outside the workplace, Aries is a devoted family person, married with one son. She finds joy in family time, playing bingo, solving puzzles, and actively volunteers in the Special Needs Ministry at her local church.
