Lindsey Taylor, SHRM-CP

Lindsey works out of the company’s Kansas City office. She has experience working in staffing, training and development and also has worked in outsourced HR with another professional employer organization. In her previous role, Lindsey was on the diversity and inclusion committee for a national company. She brings a passion for supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce to Syndeo.

Lindsey enjoys problem solving for clients and the faced-paced and ever-changing nature of the human resources sector.

She was living in Baltimore before moving to Kansas City in 2015 to be closer to family. She is originally from the Springfield, Mo. area. She graduated from Drury University with a degree in communication arts and minors in global perspectives and women and gender studies. Lindsey is married with two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography and traveling.
